DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing us at email@example.com. We will initiate the return or exchange process for you. The following alternatives are available to you:
- Exchange the goods for an alternative of your choice to equal value.
- Give you a full refund for the price you paid for the goods.
Please note that the posters, art prints, or merchandise must be returned in their original packaging and mailing tubes. We will conduct a quality control check to ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging. If the quality control check passes, we will initiate the exchange or refund process.
Please follow these steps if you have received damaged items:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order number and “Returns” in the subject line (within 24 hours of receipt of the products).
Describe in as much detail as possible the damage to your product and attach photographic evidence detailing the damage to the product.
We will contact you within 24 hours to initiate your refund or send a replacement item as required.
Please note that the cost of returning the product to Quotes Pundit is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Orders can be canceled anytime before they are dispatched without any extra costs. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
